Al-Tayeh has more than 13-years experience as a manager and consultant in marketing, strategic planning, and training fields. He has a professional experience in modern marketing tools and techniques. He led many recognized companies and projects with a budget exceeding 1 billion SR.  Al-Tayeh also focused on sales forces leading a team of more than 50 employees.

Al-Tayeh has developed his own theories and tools in self-development’s field under the Self-Building™ project. An In training field; he is an active member of a professional team developing CRTP™ standard for training packages, CRTPTM is introduced in many international forums and meetings.  Al-Tayeh trained and supervised more than 10,000 trainees and contributed in the qualification of more than 1000 professional trainers.
